A Happy Turkey To All

there was blear

rain and Ingmar Bergman skies

but the sun made a brief appearance, but then had another engagement (arrogant bastard!)

and the moon that must have missed the memo

and came out too soon

but then there were carnivorous delights

of hearth

and home

making it all worth the work.
